The PATRONATUS Fine Art Society is resolute in its commitment to uphold the highest standards of artistic excellence. We seek only the most distinguished painters and sculptors. Those whose work reflects an unparalleled command of traditional techniques and a deep respect for the classical foundations of fine art. Our selection process spans the globe, driven exclusively by merit and the intrinsic quality of the work. There is no room for mediocrity, shortcuts or superficiality here.

We categorically reject the degeneration of the contemporary art world, where vacuous concepts and hollow trends have replaced genuine craftsmanship. The industry has become oversaturated with artists who rely on networking and sensationalism rather than skill and integrity. This commercialized mockery of art is irrelevant to us. PATRONATUS is not swayed by market trends, institutional accolades or ephemeral social movements. We remain steadfast in our dedication to the timeless principles of technical mastery, aesthetic integrity and artistic authenticity.

Academia holds zero influence in our selection process. Art is not a theory! It is an execution of talent and no amount of academic posturing can substitute for genuine skill. We are only interested in artists who possess true technical knowledge and can translate it into work of substance. Where this knowledge originates, whether self-taught, formally educated or otherwise. It is of no consequence. Being an artist is not something that can be taught, it is an innate state of mind. Those who merely imitate the work of others are nothing more than commercial replicas and they hold no value here.

Moreover, if your primary goal is financial gain, you are fundamentally out of alignment with our mission. True art is driven by passion, vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence, not by profit or fame. PATRONATUS is only interested in artists who create for the sake of art itself. If you are seeking membership based on anything less than exceptional talent and integrity, do NOT apply.
